Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns and Exchanges Policy:
If you purchased an item from STRYDA and you've changed your mind or need to swap it for another size, you can return it. Simply send it back with proof of purchase within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll repair it, exchange it or give you a refund using your original payment method.
All items must be unmarked, undamaged and in their original condition. All items are accepted at the discretion of the team.
All returns sent via our returns process are at the buyers own expense. A restocking fee of $10 will apply to ALL returns.
All exchanges sent via our exchange process are at the buyers own expense. The buyer must cover the cost of postage to send a size back. We will cover the cost of postage to send a new size out.
PLEASE NOTE: If insoles have been trimmed or damaged, they cannot be refunded.
Instore Returns:
We accept returns through our store in Melbourne.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and processed, your order will be refunded.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Faulty/Incorrect Items:
We will always do our best to ensure proper quality control before dispatch. If your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact our team as quickly as possible.
Notes:
- You will receive your refund through the same payment method used when you purchased your order. Your refund will be made up to 30 days within receiving your return at our warehouse.
- The shipping costs of your original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.
- STRYDA is not responsible for any loss or damage of your return during transit.
