Cork massage ball and Stryda insoles

I had hoped the cork ball would be easier on my feet than a tennis ball but I actually prefer the tennis ball. I usually massage my feet after a long walk. I found the cork ball less effective than a tennis ball. I have also use an acupressure ball on my feet and that really helps provided I don't do it for too long.

The insoles, once I got used to them are excellent although they are tight inside my joggers, which are the only shoes I wear. I already buy extra wide sizes. I am hoping they will flatten a bit with more use.

Cork ball Massager & Stryda insoles.

I really like the Cork ball Massager. It's light & easy to use. It's much easier to use on my Mortons Neuroma & the Stryda Insoles are great & light.
